Yes — orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Email us at info@lumioplay.com with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processing.

Not at this time. We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

If your order hasn't shown up within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@lumioplay.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier right away. If your package is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. No restocking fees. Full details are on our Return and Refund Policy page.
